1.Make sure you clarify whether the vendor table provided is 6ft or 8ft so you can ensure your tablecloth fits professionally on the table.

2. Double check your inventory months in advance to make sure you order enough products to sell to the public.

3. Offer a special deal and make sure that your price sign is visible for customers to read.

4. Make sure your table has free promotion items like wristbands, resources, fans, or pens along with a required sign-in sheet to increase your email list.

5. Troubleshoot your cash register a few days early to avoid technical complications the day of the event.

6. Promote your event on your website weeks in advance and pass out flyers to your community to gain support for your event.

7. If the customer traffic is slow, take a moment and move around your table to create more social media content or network with other businesses to learn about more future vending opportunities.

8. Ask as many questions during business panel discussions as this is free advice you do not have to pay for and the advice can leverage your business.

9. Don't be afraid to make personal connection with your customer. Ask them an open-ended question to increase their curiosity of what your brand is about?

10. Make sure you let the event planner know your overall experience, and also inquire about future events for potential partnerships.
